(a) Solid waste collection or transportation permits may be issued for a period of up to twelve (12) months and must be renewed annually and approved by the Tribal Council. (b) Solid Waste Management Facility permits may be issued for a period of up to five (5) years and are subject to an annual report and review by the Solid Waste Director and the Compliance Officer to the Tribal Council.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
