Existing solid waste management facilities on the Reservation must obtain a permit within 180 days of the effective date of this Act to continue in operation. All conditions required for a new facility shall apply to an existing one. Compliance with this Act and applicable guidelines of 40 CFR Part 258 will be required or the facility must cease operation and be closed.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
