Existing commercial solid waste collection and/or transportation services operating on the Reservation must obtain a permit within 180 days of the effective date of this Act to continue in operation. All conditions required for a new commercial service shall apply to an existing one. Compliance with this Act will be required or the service must cease operation.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
