40.16.070 Remedial Actions

(a) Imminent Threats. If any of the circumstances set forth herein above pose an imminent threat to public health, life or the environment, the TM-EPA Director may approve the Compliance Officer to initiate appropriate action pursuant to Section 40.18.010(a).

(b) Other Remedial Actions. If any of the circumstances set forth herein above do not pose an imminent threat to public health or the environment, but the Compliance Officer deems it necessary for the public health and safety to perform timely clean up, abatement work or remedial work, the TM-EPA Director may approve the Compliance Officer to perform such actions pursuant to Section 40.18.010(b).
