If a permittee of a facility or transporter permitted under this Act fails to comply with an Administrative Order issued pursuant to this Act the Compliance Officer and TM-EPA may recommend to the Tribal Council that they revoke, suspend, or modify the permit until such time as violations are remedied.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
