Any person over whom the Tribal Court can exercise criminal jurisdiction, and who knowingly violates any of the provisions under this Act, shall, upon conviction in Tribal Court, be guilty of a criminal offense, and shall be subject to a fine of not more that Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), for each day each violation occurs, and in the discretion of the Tribal Court, may also be subject to imprisonment for not more than one year.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
