In Addition, the amount of a calculated penalty may be off-set or in combination with other forms of penalty(s) provided for under the SHWMC to include: (a) Community service (b) Tribal Confinement (c) Cancellation of a contract (d) Prohibition of future contracts (e) Banishment from conducting business on the ReservationTurtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
