Standardized Penalties as specified by the Director of the TMBCI/EPA. This list of standard minor offense penalties may be added to the discretion of the Director of the TMBCI/EPA.

For minor/minor first offenses:

VIOLATION Standard Penalty/Fine

Littering (minor first offense) $25.00

Transporting, Uncovered Waste Load (Tarp) $50.00

Dumping of "White Goods" $25.00 @ item

Dumping "Bulk Waste" $25.00 @ item Dumping household waste (less than 1 cu. yd) $25.00

Dumping Septic Wastes $100.00
