The Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration and Notification Department shall obtain, the following information related to the sex offender's criminal history: (a) The date of all arrests, (b) The date of all convictions, (c) The sex offender's status of parole, probation, or supervised release, (d) The sex offender's registration status, and (e) Any outstanding arrest warrants.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
