The Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration and Notification Department shall obtain, the following information related to the sex offender's date of birth: (a) The sex offender's actual date of birth, and (b) Any other date of birth used by the sex offender.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
