Lodging Information. The Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration and Notification department shall obtain the following information when the sex offender will be absent from his/her residence for one (1) day or more: (a) Identifying information of the temporary lodging locations including addresses, telephone, fax numbers and names, and (b) The dates the sex offender will be staying at each temporary lodging location.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
