(a) Offense Information. The Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration and Notification department shall obtain the text of each provision of law defining the criminal offense(s) for which the sex offender is registered. (b) SORNA Database. The text of each provision of law mentioned in Chapter 42.02 shall be cross linked to the SORNA Database containing the text of relevant sex related laws for all jurisdictions.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
