The Turtle Mountain Sex Offender Registration and Notification department shall obtain the following information: (a) All valid passports and immigration documentation from sex offender who are entering the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indian Reservation, and (b) And any passports and immigration documentation the sex offender has used in the past, valid or otherwise.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
