Any sex related crime; intentional, offensive or physical; (a) Re-entering - Any person with a sex related crime in the past will be brought back into the system and be required to register as a sex offender with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa. (b) Retroactivity - Any person with a sex related crime in the past as well as the present shall register as a sex offender.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
