42.13.080 Notice

All sex offenders who violate this Code shall be punished according to the laws of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians under this title Sex Offender Registration Code and Chapter 26 Offenses and Penalties or Title 39 Exclusion and Removal Code.

Enforcement.

If a police officer reasonably believes that a sex offender is in a Child Safety Zone/property, the officer shall remove the offender(s) from the Child Safety Zone(s)/property. The offender is in violation of this Code, and shall be charged with the violation listed below.

(a) Any person in violation of this code shall serve 10 day(s) to a 180 day(s) and be fined in the amount of twenty five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) for each violation. 11/10/10
