Should any provision in this Act be found to be unconstitutional by a court of law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Act, and such action shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Act. Individuals residing within the Jurisdiction of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indian Reservation will be afforded the same opportunities and enforcement under this ADA Act and other Civil Rights Acts.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
