46.01.060 Tribal Involvement in Infrastructure Development

(a) Shall be enforced with the understanding that the Turtle Mountain Tribal Council approves or declines Permits. Upon approval by the Tribal Council of a Permit, Persons will be required to provide copies of plans to any of the Infrastructure Departments impacted by the Project.

(b) Tribal Involvement with Infrastructure Development shall include, but is not limited to, ensuring that Designated Director's have input in plans, specifications, and estimates for Projects to be built on the Reservation.

(c) No Person within the Exterior Boundaries of the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation shall conduct business on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation without first applying for and obtaining a Business License.

(d) No employee within the Exterior Boundaries or subject to the TMBC Employee Policy and Procedures of the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation shall conduct business pertinent to the Infrastructure Departments pursuant to Section 46.01.080.
