The Tax Commissioner is hereby directed to prepare quarterly reports coinciding with the Tribe's fiscal year regarding severance tax collection, encumbrances, and commitments. The frequency and content of said reports may be modified from time to time in accordance with the subsequent instructions of the Tribal Council.
