Any company doing business within the Territory and Jurisdiction of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians shall capture any natural gas which may be a byproduct of the oil and gas drilling process. Capture shall mean to collect in a container or other device. Failure to capture natural gas for a term of one year shall result in a civil penalty of up to $50,000 per 100 BTU's.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
