(a) This law is adopted under the authority of Article IX of the Constitution of the Turtle Mountain Tribe and pursuant to Resolution No. TMBC775-05-16. (b) The Tribal Council, acting in accordance with the constitution and legislative rules of the Turtle Mountain Tribe, may amend this law.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
