The Land Records and Title Recording Office shall file or record, and index in the real estate records index, every encumbrance, writ of attachment or certified copy of such a writ and certificate of real estate attached, every certificate of sale of real estate, and every notice of the pendency of an action affecting real estate, which may be filed or recorded in the office.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
