This law shall apply to the Turtle Mountain Natural Resource Commission, the Department, and all programs dealing with the Natural Resources of the Tribe, and all persons and activities within the territory are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribe.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
