In every case, the Court shall inform the juvenile and his/her parent(s) and his/her guardian that he is entitled to counsel. In cases where an attorney is requested by the juvenile or his parent or guardian, the burden of expenses for the attorney is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
