Nothing in this Code shall be construed as prohibiting an officer of the law from taking into custody a juvenile who is found violating a law or ordinance, who is reasonably believed to be a fugitive from his parents or from justice, or whose surroundings, are such as to endanger his health, morals or welfare unless taken into custody.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
