The Tribal Court, when exercising jurisdiction under this Code, shall be known as the Juvenile Court and any duly appointed judge of the Turtle Mountain Tribal Court when exercising jurisdiction under this Code shall be known as the Juvenile Court Judge.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
