The person or persons required by law to support the juvenile may be ordered by the Court to pay to the guardian or institution a reasonable sum for the support, maintenance or education of such juvenile. No order shall be issued unless such person or persons are able to contribute to the juvenile's support. Such orders shall have the force and effect of judgments for money, and shall be enforceable as such.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
