The Court shall give full faith and credit to state and other tribes child custody court orders as defined by the Indian Child Welfare Act 25 USC S 1911 (d). This shall include all divorce custody matters which have been settled in courts of appropriate jurisdiction.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
