(a) Record. Law enforcement records and files concerning a minor shall be kept separate from the records and files of adults. (b) Confidentiality. All law enforcement records and files shall be confidential and shall not be open to inspection to any but the following: (1) The Judge (2) Probation and parole officer (3) Juvenile officer (4) The prosecutorTurtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
