Receipt of cases shall be received by the person or persons who shall be designated by the Turtle Mountain Tribe to receive such referrals. Upon receipt of referral, the person so receiving shall immediately deliver the referral to the Chief Judge of the Tribal Court or, in the absence of the Chief Judge, to some other Judge of the Tribal Court.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
