The Clerk of the Tribal Court, upon receipt of such a referral by a Tribal Judge, shall document in a record all essential information relevant to the referral, including: (a) The source of the referral. (b) The names and addresses of the child and parent, guardian, and custodian. (c) The date of the referral; and (d) The form of the scheduled proceedings in the outside Court.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
