When transfer of a case has been made by a referral court, the Chief Judge of the Tribal Court shall immediately notify Social Services or a probation officer, and a petition under Section 5.02.040 of this Code shall be filed at the earliest practicable date.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
