The Tribal Council shall provide for the establishment, support, and maintenance of a delinquency prevention commission composed of not fewer than seven (7), but not more than ten (10) Tribal members to coordinate the works of those governmental and nongovernmental organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency within the Turtle Mountain Jurisdiction.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
