Members of the delinquency prevention commission shall be appointed by the Tribal Council to serve a term of four (4) years. They may be reimbursed for their necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. Upon a vacancy occurring in the membership of the commission, a successor shall be appointed by the Tribal Council to hold office for the unexpired term of his predecessor.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
