At the end of a two (2) year period of time from the date of placement, a permanent plan for the child shall be in effect. If a permanent plan is not in effect, the Court must show just cause as to why a permanent plan should not be put into effect within three months and steps shall be implemented to complete the permanent plan within that three (3) month period of time.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
