Any parent, guardian, or other person failing to comply with the requirements of this chapter is guilty of an offense and shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for the first offense, and by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200) for the second and each subsequent offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
