(a) The department or the department's authorized agent shall re-inspect an early childhood program issued a correction order. (b) If, upon re-inspection, the department determines that the program has not corrected a violation identified in the correction order, the department shall mail to the program, by certified mail, a notice of noncompliance with the correction order. (c) The notice must specify the violations not corrected and the penalties assessed.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
