Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, limited liability company, association, or organization who violates opens a childcare facility providing childcare services to more than three non-familial children for more than eight hours any day or any other of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class 2 Offense.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
