(a) The provisions of this title shall be administered by the Fire and Rescue Department and in some situations Indian Health Service Environmental Services Division (ESD), or its successor. (b) The Fire and Rescue Department shall periodically review, promulgate regulations and other guidance, and update this Fire Safety as needed, but not less than annually.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
