51.05.030 License Eligibility

(a) The following persons shall be ineligible for a Hemp Production License:

(1) Any Person convicted disqualifying drug conviction as defined in Section 51.02.010(k).

(2) A Licensee that negligently violates this title three (3) times in a five (5) year period shall be ineligible to participate in the hemp production or processing for a period of five (5) years beginning on the date of the third violation.

(3) Any Person who materially falsifies any information contained in an application for a Hemp Production License shall be ineligible to obtain a License under this title.

(b) The following persons shall be ineligible for a Hemp Processing License:

(1) Any Person convicted disqualifying drug conviction as defined in Section 51.02.010(k).

(2) A Licensee that negligently violates this title three (3) times in a five (5) year period shall be ineligible to participate in the hemp production or processing for a period of five (5) years beginning on the date of the third violation.

(3) Any Person who materially falsifies any information contained in an application for a Hemp Processing License shall be ineligible to obtain a License under this title.
