51.07.020 Licensee Reporting

(a) All Hemp Processing Licensees shall submit an annual report to the Commission that provides the Commission with the following information:

(1) The Licensee's License number

(2) The name, address, and contact information for all hemp suppliers;

(3) A log of all hemp-related transactions that contains, at a minimum, the name of the purchaser and the amount of the transaction;

(4) The name, address, and contact information for all purchasers of products marketed as CBD; and

(5) Any other information requested by the Commission.

(b) All Licensees shall maintain records of all hemp plants acquired, produced, handled, or disposed of as will substantiate any required reports. All records and reports shall be maintained for at least three (3) years.
