(a) Hemp Processing Licensee shall ensure a hemp processing facility structure complies with all applicable provisions of the Construction Code (Title 15 et seq.) and all related regulations and guidelines promulgated by the Tribe or Commission. (b) A hemp processing facility shall meet all requirements established by the Commission. The Commission shall notify all Hemp Processing Licensees of any change in requirements for a hemp processing facility.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
