Within twelve months of the establishment of this ordinance, all Marijuana cultivated must be tested for safety and quality assurance. A cultivation facility may not treat or otherwise adulterate Marijuana with any chemical or other compound whatsoever to alter its color, appearance, weight, or smell.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
