Within twelve months of the establishment of this ordinance, Marijuana processed and each Marijuana product must be tested for safety and quality assurance, including but limited to, potency testing, residual solvents testing, microbial testing, aflatoxin testing, pesticide testing, and heavy metal testing.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
