(a) The Commission shall not regulate the Tribe or any entities except with respect to the activities of cultivating, processing, and distributing Marijuana. (b) The Commission shall not regulate the revenues or funds derived from fees or costs of the cultivation, processing, and distribution of Marijuana once such revenues have been distributed to the Tribe.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
