The members of the Commission shall each be paid an equal amount out of the Commission's operating budget at the rate set by the Council, except the Chairman may be paid reasonable supplemental amount to account for time attributable to administrative duties. If no action is taken by the Council, the compensation for Commission members shall remain the same as the previous year.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
