There is hereby created an Agriculture Commission. If any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to be in conflict with any other provisions of this Code, the provisions of this chapter shall supersede and control unless otherwise expressly provided. The Commission established under this chapter shall be the commission for all Divisions in the Department.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
