The Advisory Board established in this chapter shall create and maintain a list of twenty names used to fill vacancies on the Commission. To fill a vacancy on the Commission, the Tribal Chairman shall select a name from the list, subject to approval or disapproval by the Tribal Council. If Tribal Council does not approve or disapprove the Chairman's selection within thirty days, the appointment shall be deemed approved.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
