(a) Each individual engaged in the harvesting of plants or animals intended as a class 1, 2 or 3 food, or the processing, packaging, packing, transporting or holding of food donated or sold pursuant to this title (including temporary and seasonal personnel) or in the supervision thereof must complete all education, training, and experience necessary as stated in the food code policy and regulation manual.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
