(a) Sanitation Control Records. Each food processor, which is not exempt from Sec. 58.0307 [Sanitation Control Procedures], shall create and maintain sanitation control records that, at a minimum, document the sanitation monitoring and corrections as prescribed the Food Code policy and regulation manual.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
