As to a cause of action arising under this Act, a court may exercise jurisdiction over a person not domiciled on the Reservation on any basis consistent with, and on the broadest basis permissible under, the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the Tribe.Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Code.
